How to Download Google Play Services | RamboFlix

If you've rooted your phone, installed a custom ROM, or have about three phones that don't come with Android and Google's entire ecosystem is woven into it, you probably don't have Google Play Services - which allows various apps and services to communicate with each other and perform various A package of background functions.

The good news is that as long as your Android phone isn't ancient, you should be able to download and install Google Play Services on your Android phone. Once serviced, you can also use the Google Play Store, and we have an installation guide as well.

First, you need to allow apps from unknown sources on your phone.

This is because you will be downloading Play Services and Framework APK files through your browser from a third-party site called APK Mirror. This is a popular and trusted website for downloading APKs (essentially compressed archives of APK Android applications that you download and then install on your phone).

Next, you need to download the version Google Services Framework corresponding to your Android version number. Once downloaded, navigate to the downloads folder on your device and install it.

Go to the Play Services APK mirroring page . Then download the Play Services APK that corresponds to your phone's CPU chipset architecture. We recommend finding your phone's SoC first, then entering that SoC name into Wiki Chips to find your phone's chipset architecture (ISA).

You'll see some variants of the Play Services APK for v7a and v8a architectures. Get one of these (unless you have an x86 architecture.
